Summary of recent life: One more subject of uni until I finally graduate. Work is busy but things are not great. New catties Pixie and Tulip provide much entertainment. Travel plans going nicely - off to USA in Sept.

I can't believe it's been over a year since my last journal entry!  Well that's what happens when you can't access dA from work :(  It's blocked due to our education filter because of nudity (meh!) Anyway, I'm married more than 1 year now, and have been studying flat out (this week's unit focussed on avatars as representations of self).  So it lured me back.

Well my my my!  In less than two weeks I'll be a married woman - I can't believe the time has gone so fast! A lot has happened in the last six months, the main drama being the loss of two of my beloved seahorses (RIP Triton and Halia).  I also "broke up" with a friend of mine - over a minor wedding thing, she's mental and toxic, and to be honest I'd had enough so that's drama, but it's her loss... New job has been crazy busy, travelling all over the state trying to inspire schools to do their records archiving.  Hard to motivate them with such a dry topic, but I think I'm doing a reasonable job at it.  They don't *hate* me, I'm relatively t
